PURCHASE & ORDER 

1. A confirmation email or payment reminder email will be sent upon your checkout via website purchase. Please check your junk/spam mail as well for the confirmation to avoid missing out or overlooked. Any amendments or incorrect details given shall be inform at least ONE day before via our WhatsApp.

2. Upon placing your order, please ensure all information and details are correct, such as delivery address, postcode, and recipient’s contact number. Little Petal Studio is not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect details.

3. Additional charges will be incurred for re-delivering your item.

4. Little Petal Studio reserve the right to can or reject any order without providing any reason. In the event of rejection, refund of payment received will be made via bank transfer.

5. Same day delivery is currently not available.

FLOWERS AVAILABILITY & SUBSTITUTION 

1. All our products are pre-order basis and subject to availability during your delivery date. In the case of supply difficulties or flowers that we received from suppliers does not meet our high-quality standards, we reserve the right to replace any product with an alternative product with a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality.

2. All photos shown on website/social media have undergo lighting adjustment or image editing for illustration purposes. Colour of actual product may vary due to photographic lighting sources on screen. 

3. Each floral handmade product is unique. Therefore, bouquet size, bloom size, shades and colour may vary from photo shown. All photos are purely for illustration purpose only. 

4. Fresh cut flowers are perishable products and prone to decomposition, therefore wilt and discoloration occurs. Do aware that fresh flowers are different from artificial flowers where scars on petals occurs, and these are common. Customers could pluck of some of the petals if is necessary. Little Petal Studio do our best to provide freshest flowers, however, please understand that we are unable to stop or decomposition of fresh flowers. Therefore, we are responsible for freshness of flowers once it has delivered or received by the customer.

5. Flower wrappers, ribbon colour and carrier are subject to change to a similar colour based on availability.

1. Due to hygiene purpose, all comsumable items are not entitle for refund & return.

2. Packaging designs are available while stock last. We have the right to substitude with any similar packaging without prior notice. 

PRICE

1. All prices are exclusive of delivery charges unless otherwise stated. 

2. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

3. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service.

DELIVERY POLICY

1. Little Petal Studio & Sehmoi Pineapple Tart only covers delivery within Kuala Lumpur & selected areas in Selangor at the moment. 

2. Delivery period starts from 10am-6pm. Although our delivery team will try our best to complete delivery within the given time slot, but there is no guarantee. Little Petal Studio cannot be held responsible if delivery is delayed due to unforeseen circumstances such as unpredictable weather condition, heavy traffic or any situation which is beyond our control.

3. Specific time slot for delivery is available only upon request.

4. Please ensure that the receivers’ delivery details, contact number and delivery address is correct and available during delivery period. Delivery will be considered as ‘FAILED’ if our delivery team could not reach receiver after several attempts. Item will be delivered back to us. Additional charges will be incurred for re-delivering your item.

5. In the event of delivery address changes, extra fee may be incurred according to delivery location and distance.

6. It is the buyers’/senders’/customer’s responsibility to inform us if it is a surprise delivery or do not want us to reveal sender’s information upon delivery.

7. Doorstep deliveries are not available for all high-rise buildings (e.g., Office buildings, shopping malls, apartments, hotels, hospitals etc) Please ensure that the receiver is available to collect the item from our delivery team the drop of point/lobby/ground floor.
